How long does an order take and how much notice do you need?
A template design can usually be turned around with a couple of weeks. With Bespoke work the timescale is longer and entirely driven by your requirements.
Ideally it is a good idea to order your invitations as soon as you have your guest list ready. Ideally you want to have your design sent to print at least 6 months before your big day so there is no last minute rush and it gives you plenty of time to send them out.
How can I find out a cost?
Please see our Prices & Samples page for info. For bespoke work each order is individual, so each quote is individual too. Please email us with as much information about what you require and we will send you a free of charge quotation.
Can you work within a set budget?
There are definitely ways to lower the cost but I personally don’t think its a good idea to compromise the quality, after all this is the first glimpse your guests will see of your big day! Having said that making small decisions like using a single sided format and choosing a template design will still look good but lower your spend.
How do I pay for my order?
Once you decide to use BeMines services we will require the design fee upfront. Once the design is agreed and sent for print we will send you an invoice for the print. This can be paid by cheque, Paypal, BACS or cash.
Can I meet with you in person?
I try to carry out most communication over email to make to process quick and efficient and to save you time and hassle. However I am happy to meet up with any one looking to place an order in Horsham.
How will my order be printed?
All orders are printed digitally unless specified otherwise (see below).
Can I have textured paper?
I offer a lightly textured paper called Rives which works fine with digital print, unfortunately heavily textured paper cannot be printed on using digital print (sometimes with simple designs it can be forced through but this is not recommended) therefore a different print method needs to be used (lithography). Though this can be done it is considerably more expensive for short run work.
Do you provide printed proofs?
All printed proofs of final designs (if requested) will be supplied on 100gsm proofing paper as standard unless specified otherwise. Please be aware that proofs can only be printed single sided.
How do I know how many invitations to order?
It is a good idea to order extra invitations, with the 101 things you have to do for your wedding, mistakes when writing your invites are likely! For an order of 100 I advise ordering an extra 30…this may seen a lot but it is better to have too many than too few as reprints can be very expensive.
What if there is a mistake on my final product?
I will always try my very best to NOT to let this happen! Having said that, I am only human. I will send you proofs of your final design to check, it is important that this is done thoroughly as mistakes cannot be rectified once the final design is approved by you and sent for print.
Can I get reprints?
Of course you can get reprints, however low quantity orders can be very expensive so it is better to order extras with your original order. Please be aware that the prices displayed on our Prices & Samples page do not apply to reprints.
